How we spend our funds

We’re very conscious of the need to spend funds entrusted to us by our supporters wisely. In Ireland, in the last financial year, for every €1 raised, €0.71 was spent on our charitable aims. When you donate to Operation Smile, you can be confident that your money is reaching those who need it most. Your donation helps to fund surgical programmes, train healthcare professionals, and increase awareness of the plight of children with cleft conditions all over the world.
